ThinkGeoEnergy will be taking a 2-week summer break and will be back to regular news reporting on 7 August 2023.

As with our annual tradition, ThinkGeoEnergy will be taking a two-week summer break and will be back to our regular news reporting by the 7th of August 2023. This will also mean pausing our newsletter after the 25th of July edition, with the next issue to go out on the 15th of August 2023.

During this period, we will not be publishing any news stories. We will though try to maintain some activity on our social media channels so give us a follow on LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, or Facebook. If you have been behind on geothermal news, now would be a great time to catch up.

2023 has been an exceptionally eventful year for the geothermal industry replete with stories of major partnerships being formed, new players joining the market, and huge technological breakthroughs. Summer in the northern hemisphere is typically a slow news period for geothermal, but this does not seem to be the case this year. This is a great sign for the global geothermal sector.

Nevertheless, our small team at ThinkGeoEnergy (including JeotermalHaberler and PiensaGeotermia) need this time to take a break and recharge our batteries. The latter half of 2023 will certainly bring even more news stories, particularly with the series of events taking place starting September. We especially hope to connect in person with our audience and other geothermal stakeholders in the 2023 World Geothermal Congress.

For now, we wish you all a pleasant summer. Our lines of communication will remain open during this time, so just send us an email for any geothermal stories you wish to share. We will be back in two weeks fully recharged for the movement to promote geothermal globally.
