Labour climate chief vows to fix UK permitting ‘disaster’ to reach 60GW offshore wind

An incoming Labour government would reform the UK’s offshore wind permitting system by setting clear timetables for each stage of the process, Ed Miliband, the shadow secretary for climate change and net zero, said today (15 June).
