Siemens Gamesa paid £2 million to engineer after arm ‘guillotined’ by offshore wind turbine

Siemens Gamesa has paid £2 million (€2.3 million) to an engineer who lost his arm while checking one of the company’s offshore wind turbines, the company’s legal counsel has confirmed.
