New York picks 4GW offshore wind in renewables tender

New York has conditionally awarded power deals to more than 4GW of offshore wind and nearly 1GW of onshore wind in its third renewable energy solicitation round, with RWE, TotalEnergies and Vineyard Wind among the big winners.
