Chinese manufacturer MingYang ‘plans 22MW offshore wind turbine’

MingYang Smart Energy has revealed plans for a 22MW offshore wind turbine with a rotor diameter of more than 310 metres – the most powerful and largest wind turbine announced to date – according to media reports.
