Oil major BP sees ‘optimal value’ in €4 billion German offshore wind tender win

Oil major BP will use electricity from the German North Sea offshore wind sites it won in a multi-billion euro auction to produce green hydrogen and to power its refineries, CEO Bernard Looney told analysts during the company’s second-quarter earnings call.
