Tender – Slim hole drilling services and consumables, Ngozi geothermal project, Tanzania

The Tanzania Geothermal Development Company (TGDC) has announced two tenders related to the Ngozi geothermal drilling program in the Mbeya Region:

• Provision of Drilling Services for Three (3) Slim Wells at Ngozi Geothermal Drilling Program in Mbeya Region (documents here)
• Supply of Drilling Consumables for Three (3) Slim Wells at Ngozi Geothermal Drilling Program in Mbeya Region (documents here)

Bids need to be submitted by 24 July 2023. All tenders must be filled in and submitted through the Tanzania National e-Procurement System (TANePS).

Funds from the project will come from the Government of Tanzania and the grant from the Geothermal Risk Mitigation Facility for Eastern Africa (GRMF).

These tenders had already been published in late 2022. However, there is no information on why they have been re-published.
