Eni to buy wind and solar developer PLT

Italian oil and gas group Eni’s retail power and renewable energy unit Plenitude has signed a deal to acquire Italian wind energy developer and operator PLT, in a transaction that will boost its Italian onshore wind capacity and give it a foothold in Spain.
