The parties have not disclosed when the transaction is expected to close or how much Swiss Life Asset Managers has agreed to pay for the stake.

Other owners include Shell (20%), asset manager Luxcara (10%), Dutch energy firm Eneco (10%), Japanese oil company Inpex (15%). Partners Group will retain a 25% stake in the project after the transaction has been completed.
The Shell-led consortium secured an offtake deal for the project in the Netherlands’ second offshore wind tender in 2016.
Partners Group’s infrastructure businesses manages $21 billion of assets globally and has made investments in 18 countries, including onshore wind in Australia and offshore wind in the German North Sea.
