NZ Geothermal Week 2022 – 25-29 July 2022, Taupo, New Zealand
The NZ Geothermal Week 2022 offers seminars, workshops, field trips, and other events that highlight the country’s geothermal industry. Registration for the events is now open.
Registrations are now open for the New Zealand Geothermal Week 2022 to be held on 25 to 29 July 2022 in Taupo, the heart of New Zealand’s geothermal industry. Interested participants may for any in a long list of events for industry, education, and community. Spaces are limited, and last year’s events got booked out, so be sure to register soon. Registration can be done via the official event website.
Celebrating New Zealand’s world-class and growing geothermal industry, this event week offers over 18 events for industry and businesses, schools and the local community. After a successful inaugural event week in 2021, which attracted nearly 2,700 attendees, this year will highlight how the industry is delivering to the quadruple bottom-line, realising economic, social and cultural goals alongside financial performance.
The program line-up includes seminars and workshops, career insights, field trips, science and photo competitions, networking events and more. The anchor event, the NZGA Winter Seminar, will be looking Towards Net Zero: Building a Sustainable Future (Register here).
NZGA’s annual Winter Seminar includes up-to-date information on government agencies, NZGA members and our three strategic projects – geoheat, CO2 emissions reduction, and supercritical geothermal.
