DIY all natural self-cooling spray – great for festivals, hikes, anything where it’s hot!

Energy Disrupter

This one is great for festivals and other summer outdoor events. The evaporation of the essential oils will provide a nice cooling effect. You can also make this just with peppermint or spearmint essential oil, but the other scents add some joy as well.

3 oz distilled water
1 ounce witch hazel
10 drops clary sage essential oil
10 drops lavender essential oil
10 drops peppermint essential oil

Directions:

Mix witch hazel and essential oils, then top off with water. Put mix in a 4 ounce glass bottle, put the cap on, shake, and spritz away on hot days.
