US tax credit ruling gives renewables investors ‘certainty’ – American Clean Power Association

The US Treasury has issued a final rule for the 45X advanced manufacturing tax credits, including for wind power components. The latest ruling on Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) provisions gives investors the certainty needed to continue backing domestic supply chains, the American Clean Power Association (ACP) claimed.
