State-owned energy firms win Polish offshore wind leases

Oil refiner PKN Orlen and utility PGE Group have provisionally secured the rights to develop offshore wind farms at six more sites in the Polish Baltic Sea, meaning state-owned energy companies have won all of the sites awarded in leasing rounds.
