The application for the establishment of Geothermal Source TDIOSB of Kayseri has been submitted to the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of Turkiye and approved.

The  Kayseri Geothermal Agriculture-Based Specialized Greenhouse Organized Industrial Zone (TDIOSB) project has been founded in Turkiye with the Kayseri Governorship Investment Monitoring and Coordination Department, Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality, Kayseri Chamber of Industry, and Chamber of Commerce as founding members.

In his statement on the subject, Mayor Buyukkiliç stated that the project will be implemented in Kayseri in order to develop modern technological greenhouses and good agricultural practices and to carry out greenhouse cultivation in a planned and organized manner in a certain area.

Announcing that the application project for the Geothermal Based Agricultural Specialized Greenhouse Organized Industrial Zone has been submitted to the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and the project has been approved, Buyukkiliç said: “We are happy on behalf of our city and country. We are writing together with a success story of the ‘Kayseri Model’ in the Specialized Greenhouse Organized Industrial Zone Project Based on Geothermal Welded Agriculture”

The President stated that the project, which is aimed to be a mega-investment, is aimed to provide employment for at least a thousand people, primarily women, and to provide specialization in agriculture, with production for 11 months.
