CSOV Windward Athens has officially been launched

Hamburg-based Windward announced that the CSOV Windward Athens has officially been launched at VARD Shipyards Romania – Tulcea this week!
This is the first of four cutting-edge vessels that will join the Windward fleet in 2025.
The ship will be equipped with the latest innovative technology such as an electrical driven, motion compensated gangway, an electric 3D compensated crane, and the latest battery-hybrid technology with Methanol-ready engines to enable more sustainable maritime operations.
