SSE, Vattenfall and CIP win Dutch zero-subsidy offshore wind tender

SSE Renewables and a pairing of Vattenfall and Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) have secured the rights to build 4GW of North Sea offshore wind capacity with successful bids in the Netherlands’ latest zero-subsidy tender.
