Renewables investments ‘paying off’ as RWE’s wind earnings grow

RWE reported increased earnings in both offshore and onshore wind in the first quarter of 2024, largely due to improved wind conditions and new wind power capacity. However, the utility also reported squeezed earnings in other segments of its portfolio.
