Solar Energy Project in Alto Nanay, Peru – LUTW

In October of 2011 LUTW carried out a renewable energy project in three remote communities in Alto Nanay, an Amazonian municipality in Peru. Over the course of three weeks, we successfully trained seven community members as solar technicians and installed photovoltaic systems in medical posts, community centres, and a school.
