‘Just two countries on track to meet 2030 offshore wind targets’ – report

Only half of the offshore wind capacity needed for the sector to play its role in fighting global warming will be operational by 2030, according to research by sustainability consultancy ERM, which warned that only two countries are on track to hit their national targets.
