The 10th Geothermal Congress for Latin America (GEOLAC 2023) will be taking place on 28 to 29 November 2023 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Cartagena, Colombia.

GEOLAC is an annual event organized by New Energy Events, the Inter-American Development Bank, the World Bank and ESMAP. Since 2012, GEOLAC has connected public, private and multilateral entities in work and interaction sessions, with the aim of learning about the trends and prospects for investment in geothermal energy throughout the region.

Composed of more than 150 stakeholders from governments, public and private companies, developers, capital providers, GEOLAC presents projects and financing programs, facilitates new critical relationships, and discusses ideas to overcome obstacles to geothermal development in the region. GEOLAC attendees include:
