Saitec launches RWE-backed floating offshore wind pilot in open waters

A joint venture of Spanish engineering firm Saitec Offshore Technologies, German energy major RWE and Japanese utility Kansai Electric Power have installed a 2MW floating offshore wind pilot project in open waters off the coast of Bilbao.
