Leak: EU to tackle wind permitting in IRA response

The European Commission is expected to sign off on a communication tomorrow (1 February) that will set out the EU response to President Biden’s Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), which is channelling billions of dollars in subsidies and tax breaks to clean industry.
