Award winners to be revealed on Monday

From Monday, Windpower Monthly will publish the winners in each of the six categories of the ‘Turbine of the year awards – 2022’.

Each year, our technical correspondent, Eize de Vries, takes a forensic look at the developments and innovations in wind power to arrive at the difficult choice of which should lead in each category.

The categories are:

* Top Ten turbines up to 5.5MW

* Top Ten turbines 5.6MW plus

* Top Ten offshore turbines

* Top Drivetrains

* Top Rotor blades

* Top Innovations
