Autumn weakness in European wind turbine demand continues

Western turbine makers announced 2.8GW of firm turbine purchase agreements (TPAs) in October – highlighting a continuing lack of orders in Europe – according to Windpower Intelligence, the research and data division of Windpower Monthly.
