Save the Date – The 5th IGC Turkiye – Geothermal Congress & Exhibition will return to Izmir, the heart of Turkey’s geothermal energy industry and will be held 19-21 September 2022.
The IGC Turkiye Geothermal Congress & Expo for Turkiye will return to Izmir in 2022. Held now for the fourth time, the event will again bring together the Turkish geothermal sector and international counterparts in the heart of the geothermal energy industry in Turkiye.
Bringing together representatives from developers, operators, suppliers, government, municipalities and authorities. The congress will discuss current issues of geothermal development and operation, feed-in tariffs and funding schemes, economy of scale and cost reduction potentials, explore prospects for the development of heat and electricity producing plants, and discuss challenges and solutions after drilling and during operation.
Meet 200+ delegates to discuss the challenges of the most interesting geothermal market between Europe and Middle East. The congress provides a forum for Turkish and international players in the sector and those interested to engage in exploring opportunities for involvement. With synchronous translation for Turkish to English and English to Turkish, the congress is accessible to both Turkish and international participants.
The event will feature several workshops and a two-day congress, as well as an optional field trip after the conference.
