RPC, which is backed by Canadian pension giant CPP Investments, aims to commission the wind farms in 2025.

The acquisition will more than double the company’s pipeline in Sweden and Finland from 317MW to 845MW.

It is the company’s biggest transaction to date and is expected to close in the next few days.
