为何选择台湾?

In the next decade, the global annual offshore wind installation is expected to increase from 6.1 GW in 2020 to 23.1 GW in 2025. GWEC Market Intelligence predicts that Taiwan will become the second-largest offshore market in Asia, with 1.5 GW offshore wind allocated annually and a total 15 GW offshore wind target allocated between 2026-2035. The Taiwanese government has recently announced the final rules for the 15 GW Round 3 phase of offshore wind development and has already held two auction rounds with 5 GW of projects expected online by the middle of the decade.

There is huge interest from both the Taiwanese government and the industry in building up an offshore market in Taiwan to boost the local economy through green jobs, investment in local infrastructure, and becoming an export hub for the regional or even global offshore industry. On top of the obvious economic benefits, environmental and health benefits will also come with the transition to a cleaner energy source – wind energy.
