MyAccount’s flexibility and versatility puts you in charge of your utility account. Many customers love the simplicity and convenience MyAccount brings to paying their utility bills. With MyAccount’s home energy calculator, users create a profile of their account by answering a few basic questions about their home, which the system combines with usage information from the utility. Customers are then presented with a detailed analysis of a household’s energy usage and several suggested ways to reduce their utility bills it without sacrificing comfort or convenience.
