Dynamic cables for pilot floating wind project in China

Orient Cable in China has won the contract to provide dynamic cables for one pilot floating wind project in Southern China Sea.
Floating wind farm development is always the cutting-edge technology in renewable industry, of which dynamic cable is one of the most critical parts. In this project, it plans to use one 35kV dynamic cable connecting the terminal 5.5MW floating WTG to the fixed WTG.
