UK’s Ventient adds Portugal’s Iberwind to growing onshore portfolio

The sale will add 31 wind farms, with 320 turbines, to the 103 onshore projects in the UK, France, Belgium, Spain, Germany, Portugal and Spain that Ventient currently operates.

Ventient’s agreement with Iberwind’s owners, CK Infrastucture Holding and Power Assets Holding, is expected to conclude later this year, subject to regulatory approval.
